Duties and responsibilities:
  • Experience in managing and handling a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
  • Formation of Singapore companies and offshore companies
  • Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
  • Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
  • Monitor deadlines and compliance with statutory requirements, AML, Terrorism
  • Attend to striking-off of companies, employment pass applications, administration of CorpPass etc.
  • Strong knowledge with Statutory Reporting, filing with ACRA and IRAS and Companies Acts
  • Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients and auditors
  • Sufficient corporate secretarial experiences to be able to handle corporate secretarial works independently
  • Administrative and other relevant duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Candidates possess a diploma, degree or other professional qualifications in Business Studies or Law or currently pursuing ICSA
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Acts
  • Knowledge of VCC incorporation will be added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years corporate secretarial experience
  • Possess positive attitude and responsible
  • Mature thinking and service oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
